2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

    If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, please contact us immediately.

  • Unauthorized Transactions:
    If a payment was made without your authorization, notify us within 7 days of the transaction date to be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchasing a subscription

If Neopurush offers a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once a trial converts into a paid subscription, no refund will be provided if cancellation is not completed on time. Users are responsible for monitoring their trial period.
